Confinement Nanny Review By Shih Wen

My confinement nanny was Auntie Rose. At first i was very apprehensive as i heard of many bad experiences with other confinement agencies. That was why I chose Nanny SOS. Juztin was not pushy and was very personal, unlike PEM who kept insisting i prepare a down payment even before i have spoken to their sales rep. With Juztin, we were very comfortable and it was a smooth sailing transaction from there – from the prep to the packages to the massages. He provided no frills service which was much appreciated esp given the heightened stress leading to delivery and beyond. We are very happy wit Auntie Rose, as she always puts our needs above hers. She is encouraging and very experienced in dealing with children. When there seems to be a prob (i.e. baby fussier than usual), she would diagnose the situation and find the root problem and provide suggestions. Auntie Rose cooks very well too and is able to adjust her cooking to our liking. We highly recommend Nanny SOS, esp Auntie Rose. Thank you Juztin and Auntie Rose for making confinement such a breeze!
